Cheers goes out to our friends from Three Cellars with this collaborative beer commemorating their ten year anniversary. This is a delicious, creamy IPA focused on using Citra hops in three distinct phases of the brewing process: in the whirlpool, dry hopped, and in the brite tank right before final packaging.
